YARD GAME questions

How long can I keep the games?

You may keep the games all day and over night if you are at a residence or some other place that can keep them safe when not in use. We will return the next day to pick them up between 10AM and noon (unless prior arrangements have been made).

If you are throwing an event at the park or somewhere similar, we can come pick them up upon an agreed upon time that same day.

Is there a damage deposit?

There is a refundable ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) security/damage deposit that will be collected from the renter and held until the games are picked-up and confirmed to be in the same condition they were delivered. This security deposit will be used to repair any damage outside of normal wear and tear should it occur. The security deposit will be returned in full once all games have been determined to not be missing any pieces and are in proper working condition and appearance. Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days to see deposit returned to your card.

What is the minimum number of games we can get?

We can help you determine the best spot for setting up the games to minimize water damage. We may charge extra cleaning fees for water damaged items like wet corn hole bean bags or wet, muddy games.

We allow for normal wear and tear. However, if a game breaks while under your control, than you will be charged based on extensity of damage. In the case of complete breakage or damage that is irreparable, we will invoice for the entire cost of the game plus 30% lost revenue fee.

bubble ball questions

How safe are the bubble balls?

Our bubble balls are considered some of the safest in the industry. BBA bubble balls are extensively tested for the games they are designed for. For a more thorough comparison of our bubble balls to the competition visit this page.

What are the restrictions for playing bubble ball?

You can not be taller than 6' 4" and no heavier than 240 lbs. You must be in decent physical health. Absolutely no intoxicated people will be allowed to play.

Where can we play? Can you find us a venue?

Any flat, open field with at least 50ft x 75ft of space will be perfect for a 5 on  game. A medium to large sized backyard for 4 on 4 games. If you can't find a place to play, let us know. We can help you find a venue for free (you would have to pay any permit or park fees - usually $20 to $50).

Can we play in the rain?

We may allow playing in light rain as long as there is no lightning. We reserve the right to end any event if weather is deemed unsafe to play in. If we do continue playing in light rain, there will be additional cleaning fees.

How clean are the bubble balls?

Extremely clean. All of our bubble balls are cleaned after each event with a powerful all-natural cleaner and than disinfected afterwards. We also clean/disinfect the bubble balls in-between substitutions during game play.

Does it hurt getting hit?

As with any sport that involves contact, there is always a small risk for injury.

As long as your coordinator's instructions are being followed, getting bounced around inside of a Bubble Ball doesn't hurt at all. The Bubble Balls do an amazing job of cushioning your fall.

Your ribs may start to hurt from the non-stop laughter though :-)

Plus, our coordinators are thoroughly trained in safety first. We are certified by the BBA which means we use some of the safest bubble balls in the world. See why ours are much safer than the rest.

Can children play?

We have an unofficial age minimum of 10 years old. However, we do make acceptations if the child is of a good size. Bubble balls are not recommended for ages 8 and under.

What if we damage/tear the bubble balls?

The bubble balls are very strong and don't tear easily. We allow for normal wear and tear during game play. If any bubble ball is damaged under no fault of your own than you would not be responsible for it.

If it was deemed that you were the cause of the damage (sharp objects in pockets, horse playing, leaving the playing field, purposefully cutting or popping the balls, not following coordinators instructions, etc.) than we would invoice you the total amount of the bubble ball plus 30% lost revenue fee.

ARCHERY TAG questions

Is Archery Tag safe?

Yes. With a stellar safety record since its inception in 2011, the Archery Tag® brand pioneered the exhilarating sport of extreme archery, while maintaining a focus on innovative product development and preserving the highest levels of safety. The gameplay is intense yet safe for participants.

Who can play?

Anyone who can draw the bow. Archery Tag is inclusive; anyone can participate, regardless of gender, socio-economic background, or athletic ability.

Where can we play? Can you find us a venue?

Any flat, open field with at least 40ft x 60ft of space will be perfect for a 5 on 5 game. A medium sized backyard is just fine. If you can't find a place to play, let us know. We can help you find a venue for free (you would have to pay any permit or park fees).

Can we play in the rain?

We allow playing in light rain as long as there is no lightning. We reserve the right to end any event if weather is deemed unsafe to play in. If we do continue playing in light rain, there may be additional cleaning fees.

Does it hurt getting hit?

Well, it depends on where you are hit; some players may choose to wear a jockstrap or rent one of ours (just kidding). Otherwise, there is virtually no pain, and most say they are more surprised than anything when struck by an Archery Tag® arrow.

Can children play?

We have an unofficial age minimum of 10 years old. However, we do make acceptations if the child is of a good size.

How close will someone be when they shoot at me?

The teams are separated by a 20-foot neutral zone, so the nearest anyone will shoot is 20 feet. However, there is one game mode we play where the distance decreases to about 10 feet. Either way, it's completely safe and pain free.

What if I never shot a bow and arrow before?

Most people have never picked up a bow and arrow before playing Archery Tag. Learning to shoot is quick, easy and usually becomes intuitive and improved during gameplay.
